Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional support through a Contact Center, utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and fax to manage placement requests for patients opting for DaVita's dialysis services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient placements by leveraging the available tools and resources associated with DaVita Guest Services (DGS). The successful candidate will actively contribute to the enhancement of the DGS CRM knowledge databases and will be encouraged to propose process improvements within the team. Upholding the DaVita philosophy of teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Initiate outbound calls to facilitate placement requests and address inquiries regarding treatment options.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to foster relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Meet established performance metrics and adhere to quality assurance standards.
  • Utilize available resources to coordinate patient placements effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry as required.
  • Work under supervision to refine processes for improved patient placement and treatment options.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve departmental goals and metrics consistently.
  • Adapt to varying work hours to accommodate patient needs across different time zones.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn about kidney disease and related healthcare topics.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management.
  • Pay close attention to detail and follow through on tasks diligently.
  • Contribute knowledge to the CRM databases to enhance operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in data entry with a speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
