Responsibilities

* Manage a qualified staff of inspectors and subcontractors, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
* Communicate clear expectations and standards of performance to team members
* Schedule testing and inspections of fire, security, and other electronic systems
* Coordinate with the service department to address system deficiencies
* Maintain accurate records of testing and inspections

Requirements

* 35 years of experience in fire life safety management is preferred
* NICET certification is a plus
* Proficient in computer skills and able to enter new accounts online
* AA degree or equivalent
