Botanic is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth and success of our bakery-cafe. As the Market Manager, you will be responsible for building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust among our team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our guiding values and behaviors, including respect, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Manage retail inventory, sales, and customer relationships to drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts and late evening shifts.
