Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Visitor Services Representative to join our team at the New England Air Museum. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional visitor experiences, operating POS systems for admissions and gift shop sales, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with events and programs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage visitors with a positive and upbeat personality, creating lasting relationships and supporting the museum's mission.
  • Operate POS systems for admissions and gift shop sales, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stock and maintain the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment for visitors.
  • Assist with events and programs, providing support and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying hours.
