Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer luggage, including loading and unloading baggage on and off the aircraft.
  • Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Operate ground service equipment, including tugs and belt loaders, to support aircraft operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with special needs and ensuring their luggage is handled with care.
  • Collaborate with customer service agents to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience.
  • Perform aircraft interior cleaning, lavatory service, and security searches to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and that all ground equipment is properly maintained.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, wearing proper safety items and using ground equipment correctly.
  • Communicate effectively using a two-way radio and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and lift 70-pound suitcases.
  • Physical dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending, squatting, and twisting.
  • Sufficient vision to safely perform essential functions.
Work Environment

Airport environment with extreme outdoor conditions, including temperature ranges.
