Position Overview:

Interlink Talent Solutions is representing a distinguished law firm recognized for its extensive national and international influence, currently in search of a seasoned Construction Litigation Partner. This firm’s construction division is celebrated for guiding clients through all stages of construction endeavors, encompassing design, planning, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients in intricate construction disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative bodies and contract appeals boards.
  • Provide counsel on and negotiate construction agreements, emphasizing essential clauses related to project timelines, quality assurance, and dispute prevention.
  • Manage a diverse range of claims, including bid protests, project delays, flawed designs, and professional liability issues involving architects and engineers.
  • Offer strategic guidance to clients on construction-related matters, including licensing, insurance obligations, and indemnity clauses.
  • Serve as both advocate and neutral mediator in arbitration and mediation processes, striving for optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in construction litigation, with a demonstrated history of successful case resolutions.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction law, including contract negotiations, project representation, and professional liability claims. Experience in both federal and state court litigation is crucial.
  • Proven capability to lead a team and manage high-stakes litigation effectively.
