About the Role:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Hybrid Litigation Paralegal to become a vital part of our dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the e-discovery process, including the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
  • Leverage advanced functionalities in Relativity and Reveal software for the review and production of ESI.
  • Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including the creation of exhibits, witness binders, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure efficient e-discovery operations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, compile relevant information, and generate reports as necessary.
  • Analyze and review documentation related to construction law and complex commercial litigation.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within the construction law sector.
  • Expertise in e-discovery processes and tools, particularly Reveal and Relativity software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong comprehension of complex cases and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Paralegal certification is preferred but not mandatory.
