Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Bilingual Pharmacist to work in a full-time capacity, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review patient records to ensure medication therapy is appropriate and effective.
  • Evaluate patient conditions to identify any untreated health problems and refer them to appropriate physicians.
  • Develop and implement effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side effects.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress.
Requirements
  • Current Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Retail or Long-Term Care Pharmacy experience.
  • Pharmacy System Experience: QS1 NRx or Primecare experience preferred.
  • Document Management Software Experience: DocuTrack preferred.
  • Clinical Exposure to HIV/Hep C/ Infectious Disease preferred.
  • Spanish speaking required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55-$57 per hour, and benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is also available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
