About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pavilion Receptionist PRN to join our team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, family members, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the security of patient information.
