We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pavilion Receptionist PRN to join our team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Front Desk Coordination: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
• Patient Experience Specialist: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.

• Medical Terminology: Possess basic knowledge of medical terminology and concepts.
• Switchboard Experience: Have previous experience working in a switchboard or front desk role, with a strong understanding of phone etiquette and communication protocols.
