Pavilion Receptionist PRN

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pavilion Receptionist PRN to join our team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and timely communication of patient information and needs.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
• Security and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and staff.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer software and systems.
• Confidentiality and Security: Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and staff.

• Previous Receptionist Experience: Have previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of front desk operations.
• Medical Terminology: Possess knowledge of medical terminology and concepts, with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical information.
