Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality speech and language services to patients in their homes, helping them to recover and regain their independence.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, including those related to stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Audiology (CCC-AU).
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
