We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Avante at Melbourne, a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine the need for intervention and treatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
  • Current state licensure or license eligible.
  • 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
