Responsibilities- Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine the need for intervention and treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
