This is a 12-month full-time education department position responsible for arranging internships for education students at various local public and private schools and collecting and maintaining records of clearance paperwork for these placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure placements for education students in local schools.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local districts.
- Write internship request documents for local school boards as needed.
- Collect and maintain state required clearance paperwork from students.
- Assist chair with various reporting requirements to the federal and state governments.
- Serve as a liaison between students and faculty.
