About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage shows from start to finish, ensuring all needs are met and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and friendly environment at all events.
  • Operations Planning: Assist in developing policies and procedures, and oversee the procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Financial Management: Manage day-to-day office administrative work, including staff schedules, timekeeping, and payroll.
  • Venue Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to venues, working with the management team to obtain bids and oversee projects to completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of related work experience, with previous experience managing private and concert events.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, previous management experience, and strong leadership skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
