Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about aviation and excels in customer relations. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing the flight timetable and managing front office operations. As a selected candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all flights operate smoothly and that the office functions effectively. This position demands exceptional administrative capabilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, organized, and reliable team member, capable of prioritizing tasks and working accurately in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of the aviation sector is essential, and skills in marketing and social media are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing flight schedules and charter services
  • Responding to inquiries regarding flight operations
  • Managing tour sales and bookings
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional manner
  • Coordinating flight logistics for pilots
  • Scheduling maintenance for helicopters
  • Inputting flight data into the computer system
  • Maintaining an orderly workspace
  • Supporting special projects as required
  • Filing necessary documentation with Customs for international flights
  • Monitoring charter flight progress
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Excellent record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of the aviation industry and helicopter operations
  • Minimum of an associate degree or vocational training
  • Preference for candidates with an A&P License
  • Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with inventory management systems
