About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistive devices
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, allergies, and medication
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of specialized experience preferred
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of an approved CNA training program
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

$36,476 - $59,550 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
