Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ventana by Buckner in Dallas, TX. As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to shift leaders.
  • Assist residents with daily living needs, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
  • Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.
