Job Title: Field Property Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our team at Farmers Insurance. As a Field Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving property damage claims in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual and field-based investigations to determine the extent of property damage
  • Determine liability and confirm coverage for claims
  • Establish damages and negotiate settlements with policyholders
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use claims handling software and company resources to manage claims
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and bondable
