- Client Growth: Proactively offer services to grow existing client business and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity.
- Skills: Strong research skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Energetic self-starter, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
