Key Responsibilities:


• Formulate and implement a departmental strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the property and brand.


• Set performance objectives and ensure accountability among the leadership team for achieving these targets.


• Inspire and lead the team to embody the vision and mission of 1 Hotels, delivering exceptional service and adhering to our brand values.


• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members are productive and supported in their roles.


• Assist staff during peak service times to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.


• Address team member concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a supportive work environment.


• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.


• Communicate effectively with team members to understand guest needs and provide necessary guidance and coaching.


• Engage with guests informally to gather insights on their dining experience and satisfaction levels.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative offerings to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.


• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance and create value.


• Assess the developmental needs of team members and provide opportunities for their growth.


• Manage the departmental budget and monitor financial performance to meet or exceed targets.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create a comprehensive marketing strategy for the restaurant.


• Oversee financial operations, including purchasing and payroll management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain open communication with all team members.


• Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.


• Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.


• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Maintain cleanliness and proactive maintenance of all dining areas.


• Prepare reports on payroll, inventory, and sales to monitor departmental performance.


• Uphold the highest standards of food quality and service.

Qualifications

About You...


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant at a management level.


• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.


• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence.
