Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beverage Specialist to join our team at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role

  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and ingredients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beverage trends and techniques.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Prior experience with latte art and coffee knowledge is a plus.
