We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Leader who embodies our values and will uphold them at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in motivating teams, enhancing standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We value individuals who can foresee challenges and implement effective solutions while being hands-on with their teams to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the department that aligns with the overall vision of the property.


• Set performance goals and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving them.


• Inspire and lead the team to embody the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission, and Compass; deliver on our commitment to exceptional service and uphold our core values.


• Oversee daily operations, ensuring team members are supported and productivity is maintained.


• Provide exceptional service to guests and address any concerns promptly and effectively.


• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.


• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative offerings to enhance guest engagement and revenue.


• Create a positive financial environment by managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute a marketing strategy that reflects the restaurant's identity.


• Recruit, train, and develop talented team members who align with our culture and operational needs.


• Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging team members to grow their skills and careers.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, promoting a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

About You...


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant at a managerial level.


• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.


• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
