The Position: Client Services Manager for the Premium Audit division.
This role operates in a hybrid format, allowing for remote work from any location within the mainland U.S., with occasional travel required for team and client interactions.
Compensation Details:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned territory and auditors to meet regional performance targets.
- Ensure satisfactory customer service outcomes for designated clients.
- Maintain year-to-date and annual performance metrics for the company.
- Engage in the regional customer outreach program.
- Develop plans to identify and nurture potential leadership candidates.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in time management and capable of fulfilling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication capabilities for collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Adept at utilizing available resources to successfully complete assigned projects.
- Familiarity with the organizational structure and significance of audit functions.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and provide leadership to team members.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience as a Premium Auditor, including at least one year in a mentoring role.
Preferred Certifications and Licenses:
Certification in the ISO PAAS TAP Certification program and in the process of completing the IIA APA program. EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
