We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our inbound Customer Care Servicing Call Center team. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries related to checking, savings, certificates of deposit (both regular and IRA), debit card issues, online banking, and mortgage services.
  • Assist customers in opening deposit accounts over the phone.
  • Effectively communicate and clarify financial information while working in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Position Details:

This is a full-time role with first shift hours. Candidates should be prepared to work on Saturdays with a designated day off during the week.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in a retail banking or financial call center setting.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and pursue business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in opening deposit accounts is advantageous.
  • Proficient in multiple systems with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with online banking enrollment and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of equity lines of credit and mortgage terminology is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work at various Third Federal locations as required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Bi-lingual language skills are a plus.
