Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Cardinal Credit Union Inc. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and promoting our credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Balance cash drawers and make settlements of daily activity.
  • Welcome members and provide routine information concerning credit union products and services.
  • Answer questions about products and services and refer problems to the Branch Manager.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members through in-person transactions, phone calls, and outbound calls.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Minimum of six months sales/referral experience, including providing related products and service options to customers.
  • A high school education, some college preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
