Role Introduction

The ICT Manager will provide strategic direction and oversight in the planning, evaluation, and effective delivery of ICT systems and services within CV, assisting the Regional Director as required to align with the organization's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures.
  • Create and execute ICT strategies that align with CV's mission and vision.
  • Provide strategic guidance on ICT service direction.
  • Assess new technologies, hardware, software, and resources necessary to meet objectives within budget.
  • Oversee ICT infrastructure management.
  • Engage third-party services as needed.
  • Ensure continuous system support and maintenance.
  • Manage technical support for content creation initiatives.
  • Foster effective communication within the ICT team.
  • Prepare and manage ICT budget plans.
  • Deliver necessary reports to the Regional Director.
  • Be open to domestic and international travel as required.

General Duties

Fulfill additional responsibilities common to all staff as directed, in accordance with CV's mission and vision. This includes:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills consistent with CV's Leadership Competency Framework, demonstrating a commitment to continuous personal growth in essential competencies such as strategic development and team management.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and collaborating within a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and service.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with global organizations is advantageous.
  • Additional qualifications in Information Technology and Systems administration are beneficial.
