Job Title: Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Surface Care: Dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirror/window surfaces, as well as polishing metal and wood surfaces.
  • Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins, and transporting waste to proper disposal areas.
  • Light Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets/rooms.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wearing PPE and steel toe/non-slip shoes to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Custodial Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Passing a Drug Test: Required.
  • Background Check: Able to pass an in-depth background check.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-7:00am

Compensation: $13.50-$14.50 per hour
