  • Schedule deliveries and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Approve and code vendor invoices for payment, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Order equipment, batteries, and chargers as needed to maintain a well-stocked rental fleet.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories, including buying and selling assets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's or associate's degree in business is preferred.
  • Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department is a plus.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
