Job Overview:

This position involves processing orders for rental and used equipment, scheduling deliveries, and approving vendor invoices for payment. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering equipment, batteries, and chargers as required for the rental fleet.

Collaboration with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories, including buying and selling assets, is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for rental and used equipment efficiently and accurately
  • Schedule deliveries and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Approve and code vendor invoices for payment
  • Order equipment, batteries, and chargers as needed for the rental fleet
  • Monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories with management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or associate degree in business preferred
  • Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department is beneficial
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential
  • Microsoft Office experience is necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $20-$26 per hour.
