Compensation:

$150,000 - $225,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and develop your team of financial professionals as an associate partner.
  • Present tailored solutions utilizing a wide range of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Enhance your managerial skills through participation in our intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program.
  • Fulfill program requirements to join the management team as an associate partner.
  • Create a personalized, long-term strategy while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with cultural markets is advantageous.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Sales experience is essential.
  • Aiming for a fulfilling and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain life, health, series 6, series 63, or series 7 licenses within one year.
  • Must currently be within the position's compensation range.
