Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities: As an Investment Counselor, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients in the United States. Collaborating with our internal portfolio strategists, research teams, client service representatives, and distinguished sales personnel, you will ensure our clients receive unparalleled service. Our fee-only fiduciary model guarantees that your compensation aligns with the best interests of our clients, free from commission-based incentives. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge necessary to understand our firm’s distinctive methodology. You will report to a group manager who will provide guidance based on their extensive experience in the role, aiding you in cultivating client relationships and fostering your professional growth.

Daily Activities:
  • Act as a central figure in our Private Client Group, establishing trust with clients and educating them on our investment strategies, portfolio management, and significant market developments.
  • Engage proactively with clients on a quarterly basis to assess their asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to gradually expand your roster of high-net-worth clients within your first year.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building trust and fostering client relationships within the financial sector.
  • Possession of Series 65 (we will assist you in obtaining this upon joining).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A consultative approach that prioritizes client needs.
