  • Interactuar con el personal y la dirección para proporcionar instrucciones básicas y orientación sobre políticas y prácticas, como aplicaciones de nómina, cuestiones de cumplimiento, preguntas sobre beneficios e inquietudes laborales.
  • Evaluar solicitudes y ejercer discreción y juicio al proporcionar información confidencial a las partes apropiadas, tanto internas como externas.
  • Programar reuniones presenciales, iniciar discusiones telefónicas y apoyar la comunicación mediante actualizaciones por correo electrónico.
  • Iniciar citas auxiliares en ERMA y CQ, enviar solicitudes web a HCIS, verificar que las licencias estén actualizadas, crear identificaciones y asegurar que toda la documentación requerida sea recibida para el personal de Agencia Viajera.
  • Coordinar con el personal de Viajero y Finanzas de UIHC sobre asuntos relacionados con el personal de Agencia Viajera para garantizar que cualquier problema se resuelva de manera oportuna.
  • Asistir al personal del Departamento de Radiología en relación con el sistema de Evaluación del Desempeño y sus requisitos.
  • Iniciar transacciones de flujo de trabajo, incluyendo solicitudes de pago flexible, premios especiales u otra compensación especial.
  • Apoyar iniciativas de compromiso del personal.
  • Mantener y editar documentos confidenciales de personal, siendo responsable de cargar documentos en archivos ePersonnel en HRIS para todo el Departamento de Radiología.
  • Gestionar transacciones relacionadas con el flujo de trabajo, incluyendo: Cambio de Estado, Transferencias, pagos de Compensación Especial, etc.
  • Asistir en el procesamiento de nómina para el Departamento de Radiología.
  • Colaborar en el reclutamiento y la incorporación de nuevo personal de radiología.
  • Verificar e ingresar información sobre Certificaciones, Licencias y Grados del personal en ERMA y HRIS.
  • Generar informes de recursos humanos según sea necesario; hacer seguimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento; tomar medidas para garantizar el cumplimiento con las leyes, políticas de la Universidad y expectativas departamentales; seguir con las divisiones/unidades asignadas para abordar requisitos de cumplimiento pendientes.
  • Monitorear licencias, evaluaciones de desempeño, divulgaciones de eCOI, Campaña de Vacunación y Prevención de Acoso. Generar y distribuir informes y comunicaciones a la dirección sobre plazos de cumplimiento y personal que no esté en cumplimiento.

REQUISITOS OBLIGATORIOS
  • Título universitario en Gestión de Recursos Humanos o Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como habilidades interpersonales.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y analíticas, con atención al detalle.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y aplicaciones de software informático.
REQUISITOS DESEABLES
  • Conocimiento de principios, prácticas y procesos actuales de recursos humanos, así como de leyes, estatutos, regulaciones y políticas federales y estatales relacionadas con recursos humanos.
  • Educación y/o certificación profesional en recursos humanos PHR, SPHR o SHRM.
  • Experiencia en un entorno médico académico o hospitalario.
  • Experiencia previa utilizando un Sistema de Información de Recursos Humanos.
  • 6 meses de experiencia en recursos humanos o más (dentro de los últimos 3 años).
