Job Opportunity

PrideStaff is a leading staffing company seeking a skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team. As a Product Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and on-time/in-budget completion of all project tasks, including program management, technical project management, and manufacturing and product design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement product innovation strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or Management field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, technical project management, and/or manufacturing and product design.
  • Experience in medical device/life science industry required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents, with understanding of ANSI/ISO drawing standards and GD&T dimensioning.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection tools and methods, with experience in GMP/ISO Quality Systems.
