Role Overview
As a Client Service Consultant, you will act as the key point of contact between our clients and Fiserv Partner Solutions. Your role will encompass being a trusted advisor, a systems consultant, and an expert in market and industry trends, ensuring that the daily service relationship with clients is effectively managed. You will be responsible for addressing the operational, product, and service needs of our clients while also serving as a resource for less experienced client service analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service support to both internal and external clients for designated products.

• Identify and resolve moderately complex customer inquiries and issues.

• Maintain full accountability for product service issues, including incident documentation, notifications, service records, and adherence to client service level agreements.

• Provide consultative services that align with both client and company objectives.

• Manage liability exposure, interpret industry standards, update internal systems, and communicate enhancements with expertise in product-specific transactions, screens, and reports.

• Take on a supervisory role by training, developing, coaching, and guiding a team of analysts, regularly reviewing pending items with team members and providing informal coaching and counseling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business customer service.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Merchant ISO.

• Familiarity with Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.

• Ability to adapt to change and quickly adjust to new situations and priorities.
