About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Technician to join our team at Montclair Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure
  • Maintain a sterile field during case and provide surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures
  • Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Graduate of an ORT training program or on-the-job training with a minimum of 3 years experience in a surgical setting
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate
