Automotive Senior Technician

The Senior Technician position at Bridgestone Retail Operations requires a skilled and experienced professional to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, while also providing leadership and mentoring to a team of technicians.

This role involves working with a variety of automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems to specifications
• Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of technicians
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training
• Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities

Requirements

• Valid automobile driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
• A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
