About Novant Health Medical Group

Novant Health Medical Group is seeking a committed Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services and perform medical procedures under physician supervision.

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable provider who prioritizes patient-centered care, values collaboration, and is devoted to the health and wellness of our patients and their communities.

Our experienced provider team collaborates with select Skilled Nursing Facilities for patient rounds, making experience in Long-term Care highly desirable. A strong interest in working with elderly populations is essential, along with the capability to operate independently and engage effectively with LTC staff. A willingness to visit multiple assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities is also required.

  • Preferred experience in Long-term Care
  • Passion for working with Geriatric populations
  • Ability to work autonomously and with LTC staff
  • Willingness to conduct rounds in various assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities

  • Education:
    • Master's Degree Required
    • Master's degree in NP program or post-Master's NP program. All new NP graduates must hold a Master's Degree. National certification is mandatory. Continuing education is required for recertification.
  • Experience:
    • One to three years of experience in a physician practice setting preferred
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    • Current NP license and DEA registration required
  • Additional Skills Required:
    • Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing
    • Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
