Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate Degree required. Completion of a PA program accredited by CAAHEP or equivalent, or a master's degree NP program. National certification is mandatory. Must be capable of providing care across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
    • Experience: Minimum of two years in a Neurosurgery care setting. Preferred experience includes one to three years in a physician/hospital practice environment.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current NP or PA license in the relevant state, registration with the state medical board, current DEA registration, and ACLS (not required for in-office only NP/PA) and BLS certification.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and physicians.
