Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Growth Director to lead our business development activities focused on the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing comprehensive business acumen, and building outstanding relationships with customers and partners.

This role requires an ethical approach to business development, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the DOD account
  • Pursue new opportunities in areas such as mission support, security, engineering, and integration of force protection systems
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and qualify large business development programs with emphasis on opportunity qualification and shaping

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 15+ years prior relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 13+ years of experience
  • Technical degree is a MUST
  • Excellent communications skills – demonstrated through written and oral presentations
  • Possess business and technical vision
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Energetic and strong leader
  • Possess analytical presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with online tools used by the Government for solicitations
