Key Responsibilities

  • Proven success in expanding NGA business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects rapidly to build a solid opportunity pipeline by leveraging current technologies and customer insights.
  • Collaborate in the development of growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Forge internal partnerships and drive growth across various sectors.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis to craft effective marketing strategies.
  • Engage as a thought leader in bid decisions and strategy development.
  • Conduct customer visits and research to anticipate current and future customer needs.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships while evaluating competitor capabilities in line with diverse business portfolios.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of relevant experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience within the intelligence community, defense, government services, or related fields overseeing business development, program capture, and strategic execution.
  • Record of leading successful captures exceeding $100 million, including winning strategy development and customer collaboration.
  • Ability to establish and leverage significant relationships with senior officials and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with government contracting and emerging acquisition trends.
  • In-depth understanding of competitor dynamics in the marketplace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Management of a pipeline exceeding $4 billion in opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20% per month as necessary.

While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days, with an expected closing date no sooner than 3 days after the original posting date.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00

This range is intended to serve as a general guideline for compensation. Factors influencing the final offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market alignment, applicable bargaining agreements, and other related laws.
