Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transit Bus Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance and repair work on our fleet of buses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire maintenance, brake inspections, and engine tune-ups.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with buses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed.
  • Ensure all work is performed with a commitment to safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
  • 2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
  • ASE Certification preferred.
  • Class B CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to work independently.
