ROLE SUMMARY:
We are in search of dedicated Artist Relations support, reporting directly to the Artist Relations Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome artists and crew upon their arrival at the stage.
- Coordinate with artist compound staff to ensure timely gathering of artists from their dressing rooms.
- Maintain visibility and availability for tour managers on stage to address any needs.
- Communicate with hospitality to manage rider adjustments or deliveries to the stage.
- Return hospitality items from the stage at the end of each night.
- Collaborate with the stage manager to manage stage access credentials throughout the day.
- Ensure photographers and videographers possess the necessary credentials for stage access.
- Report any personnel issues regarding stage access to the artist relations manager.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for all artists, crew, and their guests in both stage and backstage areas.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Artist Relations.
- Preferred 1+ years of management experience, including team leadership and optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in high-noise environments and manage busy settings.
- Willingness to adapt to varying temperature conditions.
- Availability for frequent travel to events during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
