Position Overview

The role of the Territory Manager is pivotal in fostering new business opportunities through the establishment of robust customer relationships. This position requires maintaining an active follow-up list and generating referrals from current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by achieving designated sales targets, specifically focusing on the Warehouse and Direct Budget, Gross Profit percentage, and the number of New Accounts established.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, vendors, management, and team members.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess the ability to acquire and retain new clientele through effective pricing strategies and follow-up communications.
  • Exhibit proficiency in operating a PC and relevant software applications.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet organizational timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have 3+ years of front-line sales experience or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
