NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machines, working at different workstations, and performing various tasks to meet production requirements.
Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Operate machines per work instructions, positioning work pieces against stops or aligning layout marks with fixtures.
- Quality Control: Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction, and check parts to determine accuracy.
- Efficiency and Safety: Perform jobs in a safe and efficient manner, meeting production requirements, including cycle time on a daily basis.
- Work Station Operation: Can operate all work stations within the department, verifying quality issues shown on defective code lists.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and have specific vision requirements for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work Environment: This position will have minimum exposure to weather conditions, and assembly area noise levels are moderate to loud.
- Competitive Pay: Pay increase after 90 days.
