At Lear Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our Production team. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and/or fit parts together to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or a conveyor line.
  • Operate simple hand tools and/or power or special assembly tools.
  • Identify and address any quality control issues or defects.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Work Environment:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms. You will also be required to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasional weekend work and varying shifts may be required.
