  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure system availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and equipment to recommend upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as broadcast engineering or telecommunications.
  • At least 15 years of experience in broadcast engineering, with 5-8 years of experience in a leadership or technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including broadcast studio production engineering, network engineering, and systems maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • US citizenship required.
