We are seeking a skilled Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make introductions to bankers to support customer engagement.
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products.
- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
- Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions.
- Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs.
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines.
