Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at El Camino Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply nursing process and theories to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
  • Strive for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Recent one-year clinical nursing experience in telemetry specialty.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to communicate in English and perform complex speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently. Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
