Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of intensive litigation experience.


Essential Qualifications Include:

  • Understanding of state and federal court filing protocols
  • Ability to manage calendaring without reliance on software
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in preparing legal documents such as motions, discovery requests, pleadings, and judicial council forms
  • Capability to create Tables of Authorities/Table of Contents in Microsoft Word
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a robust work ethic
  • Familiarity with iManage, Coyote Analytics, Westlaw - Deadline Assistant, and PACER
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
